beloved brethren,

 

first, just to let you know, inge has approved the taking over of the
basement of her house for twelve hours on the 5th march. so we will be
meeting in portugal place, as ever. instead of our usual friday lunch
at 1 followed by prayer at 2, we invite you to fast with us as we
launch with two hours of praise and intercession to which everyone is
encouraged to come (1-3pm). then at midnight we will again have an
open prayer meeting to which all are encouraged to return. that leaves
nine hours in between that need filling. please come with friends from
church, or college, or wherever. if you want focus, then consider john
17: Jesus prays for God to be glorified (vv. 1-5), the church to be
unified (vv. 6-19), and those not yet in the church to be gathered in
(vv.20-26). we will also have some specific stuff about passion for
life (tim keller is speaking on the 6th and 7th of march), and the
cambridge 7 (who went out to china 125 years ago) to spark further
prayer. and of course, you are free to pray as the Spirit leads.
